Job Description
Administrative Position Announcement
Middle School Athletic Director/ High School Assistant Athletic Director
Kokomo High School
Length of Contract: 220 Days
Salary Range: Commensurate with Training and Experience
Benefits: Group Insurance Programs; TERF; Paid Leave Days
Major Responsibilities:
- Assists in the administration of the overall program of extracurricular and interscholastic athletics in accordance with IHSAA rules
- Responsible for general supervision and discipline of students and staff
- Effectively support and evaluate staff
- Provide educational leadership for the school
- Assist in establishing and maintaining a positive school climate and a school environment conducive to high academic achievement and appropriate social growth
Qualifications:
- Building Principal or Administrator License preferred
- Teaching and coaching experience
- Experience working with middle school and high school age students
