We have an exciting internal opportunity available for an Estimator to join the team at Banyo.
The Estimators core responsibility is to build customer confidence ensuring them that their car has been left in the best will prepare accurate repair estimations damage capturingand be responsible for final invoices.
Additionally this role will include (but will not be limited to):
- Preparing estimates within available systems
- Determine the repair method.
- Ensure parts are sourced and delivered as quickly as possible.
- Champion the customer by working with the production team to ensure a high-quality repair is completed and the customer gets back on the road within the promised time.
- Provide on-site assistance as part of our site leadership team.
