Were looking for an experiencedPricing and Balance Sheet Analystto join our Business Banking team.
In this role youll develop and execute pricing strategies that drive growth optimise risk-reward trade-offs and accelerate acquisition in key segments to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in pricing strategy advanced analysis and financial modelling to help shape smarter data-driven decisions.
What Youll Do
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to meet growth and P&L targets
- Optimise customer value through churn reduction and tenure extension
- Forecast revenue and portfolio growth to support strategic planning
- Enhance pricing models and collaborate across Data Finance and Treasury
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform decisions
What Youll Bring
- Degree in a numerical field (e.g. Finance Stats Actuarial)
- 5 years in Financial Services with strong analytical and modelling skills
- Advanced Excel and data visualisation expertise
- Deep understanding of banking products and customer value drivers
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
