The Digital Strategy Manager (m/f/d is part of the Quality Assurance (QA) team and acts as a link between business and JTI Global IT teams to ensure business can meet established objectives.
The post holder will play a key role in the implementation and further development of digital systems within the Quality Assurance (QA) organization. As part of this role the post holder will be responsible for the rollout of new QA digital systems ensuring their validation and regulatory compliance. In addition the role includes enabling data-driven decision-making by developing and implementing advanced analytics initiatives. Additionally the role will contribute to shaping a forward-looking digitalization roadmap. Strong communication skills are essential as the position involves actively supporting change processes aligning transparently with cross-functional stakeholders and promoting the adoption and effective use of new digital solutions across the organization.
