JD for Key Account Manager in Kochi. This is a work from office/field position and will require traveling at customers place.

Job Title: Key Account Manager - CPaaS Conferencing Voice Drop SMS WhatsApp and Contact Center Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to spearhead sales efforts for our cutting-edge CPaaS Conferencing Voice Drop SMS WhatsApp and Contact Center solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for CPaaS and related solutions.

Lead Generation: Identify and nurture leads through networking referrals digital platforms and direct prospecting.

Client Needs Analysis: Conduct detailed client consultations to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline ensuring consistent deal closures and revenue growth.

Solution Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction post-sales.

Relationship Management: Build strong lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and insights to senior management.

Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Operations and Customer Support teams to design and deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in solution sales with a focus on CPaaS conferencing or contact center solutions.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CPaaS technologies and cloud communication tools is a significant advantage.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional proficiency in Local language i.e. Marathi Gujarati Kannada or Malayalam is a plus based on region).

Tools & Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM systems; knowledge of AI tools for lead tracking and data analysis is a bonus.

Sales Acumen: Proven success in lead generation account management and closing high-value deals.

Client Focus: Strong empathy and relationship-building skills to understand and address client needs effectively.

Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunter mindset.

Empathy and adaptability to build meaningful client relationships.

Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
