Position: HR Administrator (Remote Philippines-Based)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join a dynamic team working for a US-based company. As an HR Administrator you will play a key role in managing and supporting HR operations ensuring efficient processes and contributing to a positive employee experience. This remote position is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for HR and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Support: Oversee and maintain HR systems records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and manage the offboarding process for exiting employees.
- Employee Records Management: Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support recruitment activities including job postings applicant tracking interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing benefits enrollment and answering employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in drafting updating and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement: Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives events and programs to promote a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure HR activities adhere to local labor laws and company regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- General Administrative Tasks: Handle other administrative duties as required to support the HR team and overall business operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools; experience with HRIS platforms is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the US. .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail organizational skills and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g. Slack Zoom etc..
- Availability to work during US business hours.
