- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals social media and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiations background verification and employee documentation.
- Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards for tracking hiring metrics.
HR Operations 20
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Maintain HR records reports and databases.
Experience & Competencies:
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT Bulk/ Lateral Hiring).
- Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri LinkedIn Indeed etc. and sourcing strategies.
- Experience in screening resumes conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance.
- Ability to manage employee onboarding documentation and HR database.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PPT) and HR software.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
