Job Description
Were looking for a Human Resources Manager to join a healthcare organization and oversee key HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee relations and compliance. The ideal candidate is highly professional detail-oriented and experienced in managing HR processes within a dynamic workplace.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact by shaping HR policies fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting staffing needs for a growing organization. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for various healthcare roles
- Oversee HR processes including employee relations compliance and performance management
- Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws
- Support managers and staff with HR-related inquiries and solutions
- Maintain HR records reports and documentation
- Partner with leadership to improve employee engagement and retention
Qualifications:
- 23 years of HR and recruitment experience (healthcare industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices compliance and labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized discreet and people-oriented
Location: Brooklyn NY (Hybrid option available)
