Job Title: Account Officer

Responsibilities
• Manage all accounting transactions and maintain proper financial records.
• Prepare budget forecasts and monitor expenditure.
• Ensure timely bank reconciliations and account analysis.
• Manage payroll invoicing and tax filings in compliance with Nigerian tax laws.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management decision-making.
• Maintain and implement accounting policies internal controls and procedures.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
• Proven knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Sage).
• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity attention to detail and professionalism.
