Job Description
- Manage the full set of accounts for assigned companies covering general accounting AR/AP taxation treasury and timely financial reporting.
- Review and prepare schedules related to development costs progress billings redemption sums and debtor accounts.
- Prepare tax estimates and supporting schedules for assigned company accounts.
- Support the preparation of accounting documents statutory reports annual budgets and forecasts.
- Handle additional ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) is required.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience supervising juniors or leading a small team is a plus.
- Background in the property development industry is advantageous.
