Job Description

Our client is a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a Client Operations Associate to join their team in Dublin.

Responsibilities of this Client Operations Associate Job:
  • Ensure all new accounts are processed in line with SLAs Client Asset Regulation AML regulations and internal procedures.
  • Ability to review and improve on existing procedures & processes and use this knowledge to improve efficiencies and processes within this area.
  • Ability to work primarily on own initiative and prioritise tasks. Train other team members.
  • Understand and adhere to the rules of the Irish Stock Exchange Financial Regulator and EU.
  • Assist clients in any queries they may have in relation to account opening and regulatory roles.
Requirements of this Client Operations Associate Job:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in financial services
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite particularly MS Work and Excel
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
