Job Description
Our client is a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire a Client Operations Associate to join their team in Dublin.
Responsibilities of this Client Operations Associate Job:
- Ensure all new accounts are processed in line with SLAs Client Asset Regulation AML regulations and internal procedures.
- Ability to review and improve on existing procedures & processes and use this knowledge to improve efficiencies and processes within this area.
- Ability to work primarily on own initiative and prioritise tasks. Train other team members.
- Understand and adhere to the rules of the Irish Stock Exchange Financial Regulator and EU.
- Assist clients in any queries they may have in relation to account opening and regulatory roles.
Requirements of this Client Operations Associate Job:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in financial services
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite particularly MS Work and Excel
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
