R sum du poste
Le/La candidat(e) retenu(e) prendra en charge un large ventail de dossiers commerciaux et transactionnels notamment les fusions et acquisitions les r organisations dentreprises et le droit des affaires en g n ral. Ce poste offre une exp rience de travail de qualit dans un environnement collaboratif et professionnel.
Profil du candidat
- 2 5 ans dexp rience en droit commercial et/ou en fusions et acquisitions
- Excellentes comp tences en r daction et en communication
- Capacit travailler de fa on autonome et en quipe
- Bilingue (fran ais et anglais)
- Membre du Barreau du Qu bec

- 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial law and/or M&A
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (French and English)
