The Position

This is not a lead-chasing role. It is a relationship-first high-value sales opportunity for a proven closer ready to unlock serious commissions.

Our client is seeking an independent contractor who is a connected confident and conversion-focused sales partner to assist the team.

For professionals with the credibility to close packages retainers in sectors such as mining medical tech or government this role offers significant earning potential supported by a full-service award-winning agency with a 99% client retention rate.

This is a role for someone who operates as a trusted advisor selling strategic branding website and marketing solutions that deliver measurable ROI. It suits an individual who thrives on building relationships autonomy understands buyer psychology and knows how to consistently close large deals.

Earning & Incentives

  • 10% commission on Year 1 client revenue (e.g. close a $120K package $12K $18K commission)
  • Uncapped earning potential $250K OTE with consistent performance
  • Commission paid upon contract signing and initial payment
  • Additional incentives for surpassing monthly targets

  • ABN Registration
  • Sell tailored high-value brand website and marketing packages to service-based B2B & B2C clients
  • Leverage their personal network and industry contacts to generate new opportunities
  • Engage directly with founders CEOs and decision-makers to build trust and secure business
  • Manage a high-value pipeline aligned with monthly revenue targets of $160K
  • Collaborate with the agency director to scope price and present compelling proposals
  • Represent the agency with polish strategy and a solutions-first mindset
  • 5 years in B2B or B2C high-ticket sales business development or partnerships
  • Proven track record of closing large packages retainers or project-based engagements
  • Strong professional network in premium sectors such as mining tech medtech or government
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of buyer psychology funnel strategy and solution-based selling
  • Previous experience in or with digital/creative/marketing agencies
  • Proficiency in CRM systems digital proposals and AI-enhanced workflows
  • Comfortable operating in a commission-only environment with a focus on results
