Job Description
In this dynamic and central Supply Chain role you will collaborate with multiple departments across JB Hi Fi and The Good Guys and support the end-to-end fulfilment for bulky parcelised goods. As the Fulfilment Service Coordinator you will work in the Fulfilment Service team to ensure every customer receives the right product at the right time in the right way. This role will focus on taking a centralised view of fulfilment and influence high standards of execution across the Supply Chain network.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing customer back-ordered stock.
- Overseeing open orders with in-stock items across all locations to ensure timely order reservation.
- Overseeing reserved orders for next-day delivery and ensure that orders are packed and ready for dispatch before the delivery cutoff.
- Coordinating fulfilment planning with brand stakeholders to support key trading events ensuring store-based fulfilment caps align with brand operational requirements and reflect each fulfilment sites resourcing and space constraints.
- Reviewing SKU dimensions for outliers and collaborate with Merchandise teams to resolve errors.
- Analysing cartonization outcomes to identify packaging optimisation opportunities and partner with WINC and IT teams to reduce packaging waste and improve efficiency.
- Helping facilitate the packaging needs of our fulfilment locations through WINC.
- Collaborating with the Transport team to understand the network and work closely with Merchandise and Supply Chain teams to optimise fulfilment location usage minimise double handling and reduce overall delivery costs including maintaining of order orchestration rules to align with agreed business rules.
- Managing delivery address and delivery date exceptions.
- Responding to delivery enquiries.
- Proactively contacting customers to reschedule failed bulky deliveries.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Minimum 3 years of supply chain experience with exposure to customer service online or last mile-related activities
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in and interacting with cross-functional teams
- Be flexible to work across a 7 day a week roster with rosters assigned between 8am-10pm
