Qualifications :
We Require...
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Engineering Business or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 10 years of experience in supply chain logistics and distribution with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on transformation.
- Proven track record of leading logistics/distribution transformation initiatives including network optimization automation and system implementations.
- Strong knowledge of transportation networks warehousing operations fulfillment strategies and supply chain technologies.
- Excellent analytical strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication leadership and change management capabilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in omnichannel e-commerce or direct-to-consumer distribution.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certifications.
- Background in global logistics customs compliance and international distribution networks.
- Experience in sustainability-driven logistics and green supply chain initiatives.
