Salary: 42,000 - 46,500 per annum (includes shift uplift)

A high-precision engineering company operating in the aerospace sector is looking for a meticulous Mechanical Inspector to join their inspection team. You'll be working with critical aerospace components in a state-of-the-art facility, maintaining the highest quality standards for safety-critical parts.

Working Hours:

• Week 1: Mon-Thurs 06:00-14:00, Fri 06:00-12:00

• Week 2: Mon-Thurs 13:45-22:00, Fri 11:45-16:15

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of aerospace components

• Use precision tools including micrometres, verniers, and height gauges

• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols accurately

• Log inspection results in an MRP system (e.g., SAP

• Maintain inspection equipment and carry out calibration checks

• Support 5S initiatives and continuous improvement

• Ensure material handling aligns with internal safety and quality protocols
