About the Role:
Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) are seeking a Field Service Controller (Scheduler) to join our fantastic team at our Melbourne Branch on afull-time fixed-termbasis. Reporting to the Field Service Manager the Field Service Controller (Scheduler) will be responsible for coordinating and optimising the scheduling and dispatching of Field Service Technicians to customer sites to address breakdowns scheduled maintenance and repairs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong ability to multitask and problem solve and a keen eye for detail. This role requires effective coordination with various departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer requirements.
