Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. This role involves managing client relationships addressing inquiries and ensuring seamless delivery of services. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Address client inquiries concerns and requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Prepare and deliver client reports proposals and presentations.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Support the onboarding process for new clients.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field preferred.
13 years of experience in client service account management or customer relations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
