The Contractor shall provide an on-site Stockpile Stewardship SME to serve as the Governments primary POC and to provide overall guidance for all nuclear stockpile stewardship requirements. The Stockpile Stewardship SME shall be knowledgeable of current nuclear stockpile at the National DoD Joint and Service level and on current and emerging nuclear weapon systems and capabilities. The Stockpile Stewardship SME shall be familiar with interact and coordinate with DoD and non-DoD offices and organizations whose roles involve the nuclear enterprise nuclear stockpile and nuclear weapon systems whether directly or indirectly. The Stockpile Stewardship SME shall be responsible for reviewing analyzing and recommending actions for USG approval related to nuclear stockpile sustainment. Additionally the Stockpile Stewardship SME shall attend and participate in nuclear stockpile related technical discussions meetings conferences demonstrations workshops seminars and other related forums with community stakeholders.
Professionals in project analysis (technical) are responsible for evaluating and assessing the feasibility effectiveness and impact of projects to support decision-making and ensure successful project outcomes. They utilize their expertise in data analysis research methods engineering and technical knowledge and project management to analyze project requirements risks and performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to project stakeholders. Typical responsibilities include conducting project feasibility studies cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments to evaluate the viability and potential return on investment of proposed projects developing project plans and schedules and identifying key milestones and deliverables. Project analysis (technical) roles also involve monitoring and tracking project progress performance and expenditures and analyzing variances to identify trends opportunities and risks. Additionally professionals may prepare project reports presentations and dashboards to communicate findings facilitate decision-making and ensure accountability and transparency. Their expertise in areas such as data analytics financial modeling engineering methodologies and project management methodologies enables organizations to make informed decisions allocate resources effectively and optimize project outcomes.

Masters degree and 6 years of experience OR a Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience OR an Associatesdegree and 11 years OR a high school diploma and 14 years of experience in lieu of degree.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of nuclear stockpile stewardship requirements at the National DoD Joint and Service level.
Demonstrated experience working and coordinating with DoD and non-DoD offices and organizations whose roles involve the nuclear enterprise nuclear stockpile and nuclear weapons systems.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors including but not limited to the combination of education certifications knowledge skills competencies and experience internal and external equity location clearance level as well as contract-specific affordability organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this positionis based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important its just one component of Noblis total compensation package.
