Reporting to the Vice President Operations the primary duties of the oversight and direction of the Heart of Texas Goodwills Safety and Loss Prevention departments. The Safety & Loss Prevention Director is responsible for ensuring all critical incidents are documented and managed appropriately in accordance with all applicably CARF local and regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following other duties may be assigned:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least two years of experience is preferred. Must have strong interpersonal organizational and problem-solving skills. Must be able to maintain confidential information.

While performing the duties of this job the employee will be exposed to airborne particles (dust animal hair lint). May work outside in hot cold or wet conditions. The work environment ranges from very quiet to noisy.
