Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Hydraulic Systems:
- Maintain and troubleshoot power packs piston cylinders and valves.
- Prismtech Systems:
- Service solenoid and actuator valves FRL units and various connectors (ferules PU connectors).
- Maintain and calibrate drives.
- Electrical Systems:
- Handle basic electrical connections for servo motors motors & drives and PLC/SCADA.
- Install and maintain sensors DG sets and ensure proper phase connections.
- Mixers & Sectors:
- Maintain motors gearboxes (ratio selection) shafts impellers seals bearings and gauges.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Service vacuum pumps centrifugal pumps conveyors chillers and compressors.
- Reporting & Team Management:
- Maintain maintenance records follow up on issues and prepare reports.
- Supervise monitor and guide the maintenance team
