Job Description
Description of the role:
Our company Preferred Care at Home of Northwest New Jersey is seeking CHHA-Certified Home Health Aides for day and weekend shifts in Morris and Sussex Counties. The ideal candidates will provide quality care to our clients in their homes assisting with daily living activities and supporting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care services
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients health status
- Following care plans and ensuring client safety
Requirements:
- - Valid certification as a Home Health Aide in New Jersey
- - MMR vaccination or titer test
- - PPD (w/in 1 year) or Chest X-Ray
- - Current work physical
- - Previous experience in home care preferred
- - Good communication and interpersonal skills
- - Ability to work independently and with a team
