Position: Administrative Assistant (Data Analysis)
Location: Remote (UK time zone overlap preferred)
Reports To: Director
Company: Confidential Real Estate Investment & Development Firm
Conduct in-depth market and development research to identify viable real estate opportunities in the UK produce data-driven insights and prepare compelling reports and presentations to inform investment decisions and support strategic growth.
Deliver high-quality research analysis and reporting to guide investment and development strategies enabling data-backed decisions mitigating risks and advancing the companys growth objectives.
Monitor UK real estate market trends including demographics housing demand pricing and planning updates
Identify emerging development hotspots and supply-demand gaps
Gather quantitative and qualitative data from public and proprietary sources
Locate compile and organize data related to opportunities in a structured manner
Analyze land and property opportunities using financial and qualitative metrics
Prepare SWOT assessments and competitive analyses for proposed developments
Support feasibility reviews in collaboration with the Director and Development Manager
Build Excel-based development models and perform sensitivity analyses
Support deal underwriting yield projections and ROI forecasts
Contribute to acquisition and exit scenario planning with appropriate risk assumptions
Prepare investor-ready presentations using PowerPoint with clear visual storytelling
Produce location summaries scheme highlights and investment rationale
Develop templated outputs for consistency across project pipelines
Maintain regular updates with project leads on analysis progress
Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations using the pyramid principle
Assist in responding to ad-hoc data requests from investors lenders or senior team
Maintain a research database and track key indicators over time
Ensure all models and reports are properly stored and versioned (SharePoint/Drive)
Recommend improvements to templates models and processes for consistency
Maintain and update the Insurance Tracker to ensure all policies are current and accessible
