Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition - Assistant Manager - Hospitality with a strong background in the hospitality and hotel industry to join our team. This role will be focused on managing the full recruitment process for the hospitality and hotel teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding high-quality talent to ensure our teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards within the hospitality and hotel sector. This role will also involve working closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and help build a skilled effective team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment efforts for the Hospitality and Hotel teams managing the end-to-end process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating selection.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess staffing needs ensuring alignment with operational and service goals.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to create a motivated and high-performing team within the hospitality and hotel divisions.
  • Ensure recruitment and HR processes comply with company policies labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate confidential HR records and employee files.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries within the hospitality and hotel teams.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and outcomes to ensure effective hiring practices and meet staffing goals.
  • Support HR leadership with strategic decision-making and long-term workforce planning within the hospitality and hotel sectors.
  • Provide support for organizing internal events training programs and educational initiatives ensuring HR compliance and logistical .

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or talent acquisition specifically within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies labor laws and employee relations within the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment efforts and work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
  • Self-driven with a focus on results employee engagement and growth within the organization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining an independent work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in HR roles within the hospitality or hotel industries.
  • Knowledge of training and development tools to support employee growth and performance.
  • Experience in high-end luxury brands or the media industry is a plus.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in managing confidential employee information.
