Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting clear messages managing communication plans coordinating with departments and ensuring consistent brand voice across all platforms. This role requires excellent writing organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Develop write and edit internal and external communications including press releases newsletters reports and company updates
Coordinate and execute communication strategies across departments
Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all communication materials
Assist in preparing presentations speeches and reports for executives and team leads
Support in planning and organizing company events meetings and announcements
Maintain communication calendars and track communication campaign results
Liaise with vendors partners and stakeholders when required
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role
Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook Excel)
Experience with project coordination or internal communications is a plus
