Job Title: Billing Coordinator
Location: Little Rock AR
Job Type: Full-Time On-site
Pay Range: As per Exp.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Coordinator to support our financial operations by managing project-specific pay applications and job cost reporting. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for multiple large-scale projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong business acumen the ability to work under pressure and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and compile pay applications for multiple large projects ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Support project managers with billing-related tasks and documentation.
Generate ad-hoc financial and operational reports as needed.
Prepare and submit required tax documents in compliance with applicable regulations.
Analyze and interpret job cost reports to ensure proper project financial tracking.
Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reviews.
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and job cost reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated dependable and detail-oriented.
Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods.
Requires mobility around the office building including stairs.
Must be able to occasionally push pull or lift up to 20 lbs.
