Ahti Interiors is a design-led sanitary ware brand supplying premium bathroom products across Bali and Indonesia. We work with leading architects developers and designers to deliver modern sustainable bathroom solutions for both residential and hospitality projects.

Tasks

Role Summary

As the Delivery & Stock Coordinator you are responsible for managing daily product deliveries updating product records in Zoho and overseeing stock accuracy across all product movements. Your role ensures our delivery process is efficient our records are clean and our warehouse stock is always up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Coordination

Plan and schedule deliveries with clients ensuring timely dispatch

Coordinate with warehouse and delivery drivers to ensure smooth execution

Communicate delivery dates changes and requirements to the sales and logistics teams

Track dispatched orders and update internal delivery records

Stock Management

Maintain accurate inventory records in Zoho including product availability source pricing and quantity

Work closely with warehouse staff to monitor daily stock in/out

Coordinate and support regular stock counts or cycle counts

Update and track incoming stock (from imports or local purchases)

Flag low-stock levels or discrepancies to the Operation Manager

Product & System Updates

Add new products to Zoho with correct coding pricing and supplier details

Keep records organized for all stock and delivery transactions

Ensure proper tagging and documentation for incoming and outgoing products

Office & Admin Support

Maintain delivery records shipping slips and stock tracking files

Assist the Logistics Coordinator with related administrative tasks

Ensure internal documents are filed accurately and consistently

Requirements

Requirements

2 years of experience in logistics delivery coordination or stock control

Proficient in spreadsheets and inventory systems (Zoho Excel or equivalent)

Well-organized with strong attention to detail

Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English

Reliable proactive and solutions-oriented

Comfortable working closely with both clients and warehouse teams
