Job Description

As a Systems Engineer you will be part of a team that develops and maintains the requirements for the evolving Missile Defense Systems (MDS). You will play a crucial role in mission analysis system modeling and supporting various engineering tasks. Your work will ensure the functionality and security of our advanced defense systems. A Secret clearance is required to start with the ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Experience reviewing technical products and acting as a technical interface
Skills in developing and reviewing system engineering artifacts

Advanced degree with 7 years or bachelors with 9 years of relevant experience
Experience in mission analysis use case development and SysML modeling
Familiarity with Agile methods and cybersecurity concepts
Skills in logical architecture modeling and interface definition
Experience in requirements elicitation derivation and decomposition

Target salary range: USD $139189.00/Yr. - USD $154412.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8 years of job-related experience or a Masters degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities U.S. citizenship is required.
