What Youll Be Doing
Lead the full lifecycle of the Bipolar RF product line
Manage and mentor a small team of Product/Project Managers
Develop product strategies and financial justifications
Coordinate cross-functional teams across sales R&D marketing and manufacturing
Drive market research competitive analysis and product launches
Present in key sales situations and guide promotional activities
About You
Be able to do the job as described
- 7 years in medical device development and/or product management and/or engineering and/or sales and/or marketing and/or clinical experience that is relevant to the BRF market space
- Experience in orthopedic surgery products or arthroscopy required
Must be willing and able to work with cadaveric specimens
Bachelors in business engineering or clinical field required; Masters preferred
Comfortable with up to 25% travel and working in an onsite office setting
