You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Remote Integrated Insights Lead you will serve as a strategic partner to key business units by delivering cohesive actionable insights derived from a variety of data sources including market research customer analytics product usage data and competitive intelligence. Your role is to integrate cross-functional data streams into a unified narrative that guides strategic decision-making and drives business impact.
You will collaborate with teams across marketing product sales and customer experience to uncover patterns surface opportunities and communicate recommendations. This position requires a blend of business acumen analytics expertise and storytelling ability along with the leadership skills to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and delivery of integrated insights that combine quantitative and qualitative research behavioral data and market trends
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and design insight initiatives that address them
Build dashboards frameworks and reports that synthesize findings from surveys NPS/CSAT data CRM systems product analytics and third-party research
Guide segmentation persona development campaign effectiveness and product feedback initiatives
Manage the lifecycle of insights projects from scoping to execution to executive presentation
Translate complex data into compelling narratives that support product launches marketing strategy and customer experience improvements
Lead cross-functional insight workshops and support teams in applying findings
Identify data gaps and recommend enhancements to data sources tools or methodologies
Oversee vendor relationships for outsourced market research or data solutions as needed
Serve as an internal evangelist for a data-driven culture and elevate the use of insights in strategic planning
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Data Science Psychology or a related field
2 years of experience in insights research or analytics preferably in a marketing product or customer experience environment
Demonstrated ability to integrate multiple data sources (quant & qual) into a unified insight stream
Proficiency in tools such as Tableau Power BI Excel SQL or Looker; comfort with survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics SurveyMonkey)
Familiarity with product and customer analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Amplitude Mixpanel Salesforce)
Strong strategic thinking communication and storytelling skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Full Time
