Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Electrical Design Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare schematic designs site installation layouts calculations technical reports and specifications for automation equipment panels.
- Liaise with consultants contractors and suppliers to resolve project-related electrical and automation design issues.
- Generate Bills of Materials (BOM) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents.
- Coordinate with contractors for automation panel fabrication.
- Prepare and support documentation for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of automation equipment panels.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure equipment acceptance prior to delivery to site.
- Provide technical support during site installation.
- Maintain and update circuit diagrams control devices and equipment installation layouts.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Higher NITEC / Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Knowledge of control system automation design (both hardware and software) is essential.
- Experience in motor control PLC-based control systems and electrical hardware/software design will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply engineering principles to practical challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software such as AutoCAD or EPLAN Electric P8.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in wiring assembly and panel installation is advantageous.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 5000 VB (1 - 2 Months)
- Working Location: Joo Koon
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
