The IQVIA Digital Data Management teams support and manage data operations activities across AIM Email Pubs and other IQVIA Digital Products. We are currently looking to add an AD Data Operations to the team. This is a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting client deliverables. This role will oversee a team responsible for ongoing data operations and delivery functions ensuring high-quality data required to meet client needs. This role involves managing a team of data professionals coordinating with various stakeholders and implementing strategies to enhance data operations and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of data delivery professionals ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
Operations Management: Oversee multiple data operations processes ensuring they are completed on time within scope and to the highest quality standards.
Data Delivery Management: Oversee multiple data delivery processes ensuring they are completed on time within scope and to the highest quality standards.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and quality in data operations and delivery.
Compliance: Ensure all data operations and delivery activities comply with relevant regulations standards and company policies.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status team performance and any issues or risks.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent significant related experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management or a related field with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills willingness to collaborate across teams to provide excellent service to internal and external clients and a strong understanding of data operations and delivery processes and technologies.
