What youll be doing
As a Product Compliance Specialist youll play a key role in ensuring our products comply with regulations while fostering innovation. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:
Embed Compliance by Design Integrate compliance considerations from the earliest stages of product ideation design and development working closely with Product Managers and Engineering.
Conduct Risk Assessment & Mitigation Perform Business Impact Analyses and risk assessments for new products identifying potential compliance issues and proposing effective mitigation strategies.
Provide Guidance & Support Act as the go-to expert for product teams on compliance matters offering proactive support and clear guidance throughout development sprints.
Interpret Regulatory Requirements Stay updated on relevant regulations and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical actionable advice for product development.
Collaborate on Testing & Validation Work with teams on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing activities to ensure compliance requirements are effectively implemented.

Relevant Experience 1-3 years of experience in a regulated industry preferably FinTech payments or financial services with a technical or legal/economics background.
Compliance Focus Good understanding of European financial services regulatory frameworks or a strong interest in learning and applying them.
Product & Tech Acumen Comfortable working with product and technology teams in agile environments and understanding product development lifecycles.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations identify risks and develop pragmatic solutions.
Communication & Collaboration Excellent communication skills (fluent in English; Italian a strong plus) with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders.
