Assistant Volleyball Coach
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Volleyball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for volleyball a strong Christian faith and excellent teamwork skills. The Assistant Volleyball Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to develop and implement training programs provide guidance and support to players and assist with game day preparations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices
- Provide individual coaching and feedback to players
- Assist with game day preparations and strategy
- Promote a positive and encouraging team environment
- Attend team meetings and events
Requirements
- Previous experience playing or coaching volleyball
- Strong Christian faith and values
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
