Job Description

Please note that this position is only open to existing employees at Stora Enso and previous employees who we have legal obligations to re-employ.

We are looking for a Shared Services Manager to our BA Containerboard Supply Chain. In this role you will be leading a team of specialists to ensure high quality support for front line customer service sales and controlling and take accountability for timely and accurate handling of commission and rebate tasks special invoicing (odd units free credit) as well as internal and external controls. The role should preferably be based in any of the BA Containerboard locations in Europe.

In this role you will:

  • Lead commissions and rebates team through clear and aligned targets and priorities to efficiently run the daily operations
  • Secure operational agility and development of the team
  • Support the team to solve operational problems
  • Actively participate in the improvement and development actions for the processes in service scope
  • Perform internal and external controls
  • Manage payment orders and special invoicing
  • Ensure full compliance with Stora Enso Policies and with Stora Enso Code of Conduct
  • Other relevant tasks as separately agreed

About you

To succeed in the role we expect you to have:

  • Bachelors degree or higher education in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience previous experience in leading a team is considered an advantage
  • Solid understanding of commissions and rebates processes and related policies and guidelines and capability of managing hands-on assignments and support the daily work of the team
  • Ability to provide accurate information on profit impact of rebates and commissions
  • People leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multinational environment
  • Result-oriented and proactive mindset and a customer-oriented approach
  • Capability of organising and creating structure to manage stressful situations tight timetables and pressure demonstrating an analytical yet pragmatic approach.
  • Good IT skills (SAP Fenix MS Office Salesforce) and the ability to adopt new IT systems and functionalities
  • Fluent skills in English while professional proficiency in other languages is considered an advantage
