Due to an internal promotion were on the lookout for a passionate and driven Supply Excellence & Senior Industrial Engineering Manager to join our iconic Ballarat site home to legendary favorites like Maltesers Snickers and M&Ms!
This is far more than just a Continuous Improvement role.
Youll be a strategic change leader driving sustainable growth unlocking operational excellence and shaping the long-term cost structure of the site.

Whats the opportunity
As Supply Excellence & Senior Industrial Engineering Manager youll play a pivotal role in our long-term success. Youll:
- Manage a team of dedicated professionals
- Lead the implementation of our Continuous Improvement (CI) Excellence Framework
- Partner with the Plant Director to co-develop and drive site strategy in alignment with regional goals
- Shape our capital investment strategy and assess site capacity for the future
- Lead and coach the Focused Improvement (FI) pillar as part of the MSE program
- Champion efficiency innovation and collaborative culture
- Drive transformational initiatives to meet strategic labour and performance goals
- Empower teams through impactful coaching and training programs

What makes you a great fit
- Youre an experienced CI leader or Industrial Engineer with a passion for manufacturing excellence.
- You bring strategic thinking strong analytical skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- University Degree in Industrial Engineering or Engineering or Business Administration.
- Relevant experience in Production or Finance area as a minimum requirement for professional experience
- Relevant working experience in a production/TPM environment.
- Previous Line Management experience ideal.
