Make an impact at Serco

As a Travel Administrator in the Procurement Travel & Events team youll play a vital role in ensuring seamless corporate travel operations. Your work will be key in handling travel requests policy compliance expense reconciliation and financial reporting.

As a Travel Administrator youll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing end-to-end reconciliation for hotel and car hire charges
  • Processing travel bookings including air hotel car hire and rail requests
  • Ensuring compliance with the Travel Policy for all offline reservations
  • Generating accurate recharge reports and reconciling with credit card statements
  • Assisting in training users on the self-booking tool and providing support
  • Handling travel-related invoice processing and financial documentation

Your ideal skills & experience:

  • Experience with SABRE GDS (Essential)and familiarity with Conferma (Desirable - training available)
  • Working knowledge of Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and travel booking systems
  • Fares and Ticketing Level 1 & 2 qualifications or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international fare structures and airline ticketing
  • High attention to detail especially in financial reconciliation and reporting
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work methodically manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
