The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location work experience education licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$95300.00 - $142900.00Purpose Statement: The QualityOperations Managercombines process quality assurance with customer product quality andsupportscompliance to the Plexus Quality Management System and organizational goals. This role partners closely with operations teams in manufacturing sustaining services and customer management. Therole willfocus on quality targets while minimizing the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and improving operationalqualityefficiency. This is a keysupportrole responsible forassistingQuality Operations multiple Plexus sites within a Geographical Region Business Unit or Industry Segment.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Contribute to the Global Quality Operations Strategyleading and/or participatingin implementation within the assigned area of responsibility. Turning strategy into action will includesupportingquality planning to meet existing Customer demand and supporting Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for smooth product launch and ramp to volume. Quality Planning responsibilities includesupportingenterprise risk management activities dashboards and governance models to drive execution.
Embody the Plexus Culture of Quality coaching teaching and mentoring influencers in such a way to make culture a positive differentiator for Customers.Lead or support efforts to improvequality maturity and operational excellence assessments identifying trends sharing best practices andexhibitinga continual improvement mindset through the organization.
Support the development ofstandard work and process efficiency in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) First Article Inspection (FAI) Process Failure Modes Effects and Analysis (PFMEA) and Control Plans.RepresentQuality inshop floor executionandsupporthigh visibility customer escalations.
Assistteams in data analysis and advanced problem solving techniques through the use of statistics customer complaints investigations and corrective and preventive actions.Demonstratea predictive mindset able to connect multiple points of data in a dynamic production environment for early detection and action.Support the enforcement ofstandards for traceability containment and defect disposition throughout areas of assignment.

Education/Experience Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree required.
Physical Requirements:
Professional office environment with suitable lighting comfortable temperatures and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk using a computer and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 40%
