Job Description:
Overall Purpose: Strategically lead and optimize the performance of Integrated Solutions teams within a defined territory driving revenue growth through effective in-home customer engagement and innovative sales tactics.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Sales Strategy and Planning: Directs the development and implementation of sales strategies short and long-term plans and market plan objectives to ensure business goals are achieved.
Customer Satisfaction and Business Objectives: Establishes business objectives for each IHE territory and ensures the successful achievement of sales and customer satisfaction goals within the assigned geographical area.
Compliance and Audit Management: Oversees force management audit and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to company policies industry regulations and quality standards.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitors sales metrics and analyzes performance data for informed decision-making and strategic adjustments.
Job Contribution: Designs and executes strategies that support the overarching philosophy of the organization. Manages large sales teams and account modules and/or territories. Supervising supervisors as well as career-level staff within the organization. Develops sales plans and achieves regional objectives. Oversees execution resolves complex issues and negotiates with senior stakeholders and major customers. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring firing disciplinary action promotional activity and pay decisions for subordinates. Supervisor: Yes.
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 10 years of related sales experience.
Earn between $134600 - $201800 $65000 commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
