POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for overseeing patient registration scheduling and customer service processes - ensuring accuracy completeness compliance to regulatory requirements and efficiency while providing exceptional customer service. The requires strong leadership skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to maintain a seamless patient experience. Additional responsibilities include assisting to optimize workflows training and monitoring staff performance with a focus on contributing to the overall success of our healthcare facility.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Degree in business healthcare or related field preferred.
- Medical terminology a plus
EXPERIENCE:
- One year of customer service experience preferably in helathcare or related field required
- Experience leading and developing a team preferred
- Education/training experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills
- Self-motivated and self-starting
- Training and education
