Location: Monaghan
Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Due to continued success our client a dynamic multi-site engineering organisation wishes to recruit a Senior HR Advisor for their Monaghan office.
This is a new permanent HR Advisor role offering an attractive salary and benefits.
The successful Senior HR Advisor will work closely with the Senior Management Team to deliver a high performing employee focused HR service

The Role:
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies procedures and employment law (ROI and/or NI)
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries grievances and absence
- Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns and support onboarding
- Coordinate training and development activities and contribute to wider L&D strategy
- Assist in implementing HR systems and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support employee engagement wellbeing and culture-building activities
- Deliver accurate HR reporting and contribute to strategic HR projects
The Person:
- 35 years experience in a generalist HR role
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Experienced in managing ER casework
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Organised detail-oriented and solutions-focused
