Job Description

Our client based in the southern Gold Coast is a long-standing and successful Australian company within the clothing production sector. The company has experienced substantial growth and is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join the team in a full time role.

Reporting to and working closely with the Director you will be responsible for the overall brand strategy and execution of marketing campaigns and PR activity for the company on a notional and international level. Leading a small marketing team youll also work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align brand with messaging and all touchpoints. We are seeking a Brand Manager with a proven background in achieving results that has the ability to lead the team effectively as well as develop existing marketing and brand functions.

The key functions of your role will include:

  • Brand strategy and vision
  • Marketing team leadership and management
  • Campaign development and execution
  • Marketing content creation and distribution
  • Brand partnerships and public relations
  • Performance tracking and analytics

About you:

  • At least 3 years minimum experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Commerce
  • Track record in Brand Marketing with a Strong Commercial Acumen
  • Working with cross-functional teams in sales and customer service
  • Leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Overseeing content production across multiple mediums (copy video photography digital)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
  • High level reporting and analysis skills
  • Strong leadership ability with the skills to direct train and develop staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong team player
