Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team to ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Support audit readiness by strictly adhering to the organizations SOP and department mentorship documents.
- Offer administrative support for site activation activities helping to successfully implement the critical path for rapid site activations.
- Represent CRG personnel and apply local knowledge organization systems and sponsor directives to develop and review site lists.
- Act as a buddy during the onboarding phase and provide training to new staff as needed ensuring a smooth transition and outstanding team integration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative or technical roles within a research context.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with audit processes and SOP adherence.
