Job Description :
Store Operations:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store including opening/closing housekeeping and cash handling
- Maintain store hygiene stock display and adherence to Libas visual merchandising guidelines
- Handle basic inventory processes including inwarding stock checks and replenishment coordination
Customer Experience:
- Greet and engage customers offering styling advice and personalized assistance
- Resolve queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Team Support & Training:
- Assist in onboarding and training new sales staff on products and customer service
- Lead by example on the shop floor to promote teamwork and sales focus
- Monitor attendance create shift plans and support team morale
Sales & Reporting:
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by upselling and improving conversion
- Track performance metrics such as footfall conversion rate and average billing value
- Share daily sales reports and insights with the Area Manager or Head Office
