Location: 30/31 Vinayagar Koil Street Aminjikarai Chennai - 600 029
Salary: Upto 50k
Sun Blue Metals is seeking a responsible and experienced RMC Incharge to manage the operations of its Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant. The role involves end-to-end oversight including production planning quality control material management dispatch coordination and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities-
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the RMC batching plant.

Plan and manage concrete production according to client requirements and timelines.

Monitor and ensure quality compliance with IS standards and customer specifications.

Handle raw material inventory cement aggregates admixtures and ensure timely procurement.

Coordinate with site engineers contractors and transport teams for timely dispatch and delivery.

Ensure proper plant maintenance servicing and calibration of batching equipment.

Maintain accurate records of production dispatches and inventory.

Enforce safety health and environmental protocols within the plant.

Address and resolve customer complaints related to concrete quality or delivery.

Minimum 5 years of experience in RMC plant operations.

Strong knowledge of concrete technology and batching systems.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with quality standards and safety regulations in RMC production.
