Overview:
Deloitte is seeking a highly skilled AWS Engineer to lead the design deployment and support of AWS-based infrastructure for a critical client engagement. The role requires strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud services scripting infrastructure automation and cloud operations in an onsite environment.
Position: Contract Long-term potential
Responsibilities:

Deploy manage and scale AWS-hosted applications with high availability and performance
-
Architect infrastructure solutions and develop automation scripts
-
Implement security and compliance standards across AWS environments
-
Troubleshoot AWS deployment and performance issues end-to-end
-
Monitor usage and implement cost optimization strategies
-
Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to support CI/CD and serverless/microservices deployments
Requirement Qualifications:
-
Hands-on experience with AWS core services: EC2 S3 Lambda RDS VPC IAM
-
Proficiency in scripting languages: Python Bash or PowerShell
-
Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform CloudFormation
-
Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins GitLab CI
-
Strong understanding of AWS security configurations and cost monitoring
Candidate Details:

Must have strong hands-on AWS experience and scripting abilities

Should be comfortable working onsite and in fast-paced delivery teams

Prior experience with cloud security automation and optimization required
