Position Overview:
- The ideal Retail Sales Associate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service managing client relationships and supporting showroom operations.
- This individual will have an opportunity to learn and grow within the high-end renovation products sector while developing a deep knowledge of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues or customer concerns.
- Handle customer inquiries and accurately enter data into the CRM system.
- Manage and diffuse customer complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Continuously develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
- Coordinate installation/service calls with installation crews.
- Manage and schedule deliveries.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Update showroom price tags promotions and literature replenishments.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of door products or building materials is a plus.
- Ability to read floor plans and perform takeoffs.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and retain information about the industry and product specifications.
- A keen eye for detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong team player who works well with others.
- Computer-savvy with basic proficiency in Excel and Word.
Store Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM
- Sunday: 11 AM - 3 PM
- Rotating schedule with flexible days off. A schedule is provided at the end of each month for the upcoming month.
