Job Title : IAM Administrator - FedRAMP Okta and AWS IAM
Job Type : W2
Experience : 7 - 14 Years
Location : San Jose California
Responsibilities:
- 3 years of hands-on experience as an IAM Administrator or in a similar role with extensive experience in Okta Active Directory AWS IAM and other IAM platforms.
- Knowledge and experience of security frameworks and compliance standards of FedRAMP.
- Administer and optimize identity and access management solutions with a primary focus on IAM platforms in our FedRAMP environment.
- Qualified to work in a FedRAMP environment such as a US citizen or a US green card holder and work on US soil.
- Configure and manage user identities roles and access permissions across various IAM platforms with Role-based Access Control (RBAC) principles.
- Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures to enhance security and maintain compliance.
- Design and develop automation processes handling identities across a variety of applications and tools.
- Lead IAM projects coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement identity solutions and integrations.
- Monitor and analyze IAM systems for potential security risks and perform regular audits.
- Provide guidance and support to end users on IAM tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure alignment with the security framework and strategies.
- Stay current with advancements in IAM technologies and security trends.
