We are hiring for our client a leading professional services firm who are seeking a proactive Business Administrator to provide high-quality support across their business areas. This role offers a varied workload combining core administrative responsibilities with opportunities to assist with billing client matters events and operational processes.

The Role:
- Provide administrative support including document preparation business support and scanning/filing
- Manage email telephone calls and other communications ensuring high-quality service
- Assist with billing administration cover letters and e-billing setup
- Support new business intake and compliance processes including engagement letters and anti-money laundering forms
- Assist with meeting/event logistics travel bookings and client interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient workflows sharing best practices and contributing to process improvements
