The HR specialist must have a recent technical federal experience level of three (3) to five (5) years in staffing.
A degree in HR or a related field is strongly preferred.
Must have subject matter expertise in federal staffing and merit promotion rules and regulations.
Prior experience as an HR Specialist in the executive or legislative branch is highly desired/helpful.
The contractor must possess subject matter expertise in federal regulations related to processing the full range of personnel actions and related documents.
Must have exceptional organizational skills and have the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent writing skills with specific attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
